Huangshan Maofeng Loose Green Tea
Huangshan Maofeng is one of the top ten famous teas in China and belongs to green tea, produced in the Huangshan area of Anhui Province. The manufacturing process of Huangshan Maofeng includes picking, fixation, rolling, drying and baking. The tea leaves are thin and flat with white hairs, and the color is slightly greenish in the emerald green, lustrous and bright. The buds are tightly wrapped in the leaves. It has a fresh taste, or has a orchid and chestnut fragrance.
When brewing, brew the tea in about 80℃ water in glass or white porcelain cups for 3-10 minutes. Generally, it can be brewed 2 to 3 times. After brewing, the leaves will float vertically in the water and then sink slowly.
