Keemun Loose Tea
Keemun Loose Tea is a famous chinese tea and a famous black tea. It is produced from buds, leaves and tender stems of the eucalyptus species.
The manufacturing process of keemun loose tea is fine, and the buds are withered, simmered and fermented, so that the buds turn from green to copper red, the aroma is transparent, and then simmered to dry. Semifinished tea should be refined. The refining process is complicated and time-consuming, and includes sifting, reciprocating sifting, rotating sifting, final reciprocating sifting, sieving, cutting, fanning, stalk extraction, complement of firing, light-fanning, mixing, and packing.
It can provide abundant riboflavin, folic acid, carotene, tocopherol and chlorophyllin, and is an important source of fluoride in food. It contains high content of theanine and amino acids, and a small amount of free amino acids. It also contains a lot of vitamin C, which is second only to green tea.
